Grease base

The manual for my tractor says to use a lithium based #2 grease. I have Pennzoil marine multi purpose grease loaded in my grease gun for use on my boat trailer bearings. I looked this grease up and it is a #2, but it is calcium sulfonate based. Does anybody know if I can use this grease on my tractor or will there be a compatibility issue?

The Marine grease is probably formulated to reduce electrolisis.
