You know what the sad thing is about these scams, some one will fall for them

The poor English from a Canadian is a dead giveaway. Even a French Canadian would not chop up the English like that. I have a '99 B2710 and no way I would consider selling it for 3 x that amount.

The really funny thing is to watch them scramble when you want to see it, & test it, before you come & pick it up. :thumbsup: when they balk you know SCAM

If I have time, I will reply and string THEM along. Ask where it is, tell them I have an uncle that is just 10 miles away that will come look at it. It can get pretty funny!!:laughing:

Is this not against the law? I asked him if he seriously expected us go send him $5000, sight unseen? So needless to say he never replied... Did post a huge SCAM post on CL. I'm sure he has it going in every major city! The picture of the tractor I saw had palm trees in background, yet it was in Canada! I thought the "ashamed to say this, I can't talk due to a throat infection" was priceless!

Alan L.... My husband just kept saying there was no way he was selling it that cheap, & the post was in Jan., so if it was legit, someone would have already bought it. See your from Grayson Co., have lots of family there, was born and raised across the river in Durant.

The sad part is there are people out that still think that these ads are just good deals. You even see it on here every once in a while where someone will post up a "What do you think".

I answered a similar ad on CL for a tractor in Ohio. He said the machine was located in northern Illinois so I couldn't look at it. He quit responding to my e-mail when I said it was no problem since my brother in law lived in the next town north of there. (That is true, he also has a aircraft mechanics license.)

I just feel sorry for the ppl who fall for it... I have just flagged all that I see that r the same scam... "Click here" is the clue, no number or email addy...

Don't reply to these jokers,they want your email address..lots of problems from that,ask me how I know.
