I mention about the anchor dragging in the Straits over the Enbridge Line 5 and I remember that both Enbridge and the State took submersible pictures of the line. The anchor literally knocked the line off it's lakebed supports and bowed it and put a couple large dents in the casing. I'm sure you can find them on You Tube. Cannot fathom (play on words there) that the pusher tug pilot could not feel the drag from the pipe. They were very lucky though. If they had ruptured the line, they'd be on the hook for multi millions of dollars in remediation cost alone and the Fed would have gotten involved as well as the Ontario Provincial government. So, they kind of skated despite being on the hook for the severed electric cables.
