I'd say it's a scam

On the lower right side it states "Be aware!
usafis.org website is a private entity and is not a governmental agency"

I know of no private entity that is allowed to issue green cards.

Mine too! She hasn't had to use it (hasn't been asked for it) in many years - she may not even know where it is. She likes to complain about our politics, but won't naturalize so she can vote. Stubborn and proud Scot. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
