Hello all...

Nice site, I joined today. Ordered a new Kioti CS2210 (+ heated cab, FEL, and 50" front snow blower) yesterday.
Mainly for snow-blowing comfort, even if I still have to blow it twice !!
No previous tractor experience.

I was a US Navy pilot, stationed at Argentia, in the early 60's.

Mount Pearl is joined at the hip to St. John's, from where I live it's 10 minutes to downtown. In the early 60's Mount Pearl would have been 'the woods', a couple of farms, but mostly cabin country. Fond memories of blurry weekend trips to Argentia back in 70's and 80's!! Argentia is 'visibly' dismantled as I'm sure you know, and Pepperrell Air Force Base (AKA: Fort Pepperell) is now known as Pleasantville. It's prime real estate. The military buildings you'd remember have been dismantled over the past 10 or so years. The sprawling lawns that remain are dotted with more and more new condo bldgs. You wouldn't recognise it...
