Grey market to American counterpart lists?

Has anyone ever taken the time to make a list of grey's to U.S. sold tractors? 1500 Yanmar= JD??? or mabye a better question would be the other way around a JD 790= Yanmar???, I would be very interested in obtaining a list such as this if anyone has one, would like to have all makes Yanmar-JD, Shibaura-Ford, Iseki-MF, etc.

What I understand from listening to experienced Yanmar guys for a couple of years is that it doesn't work that way. There is little or no similarity between yanmar and JD models even though Yanmar built the JD's. They say JD parts are built to JD specs. and any relationship to Yanmar parts is coincidental.
