Looks really good. I hope to do that for mine one of these days.

Could you take a picture of the D rings on the side of the frame? I have been trying to come up with something to bolt to those four holes for tie down. Is that what you use them for?

I drilled the brush guard and mounted the D-rings for tie down points. There are 4 holes on each side of the frame but they won't line up with the D-rings mount holes unless you elongate the holes. the brush guard is plenty strong and is bolted to the frame with 4 grade 10.9 metrics.

Yes that is a nice job. Can tell you took your time and did a good job. I bet it was fun bending the edges over but to me it looks better the way you did it.

As mentioned in post 4 it was hard to bend that thick mesh but it was worth it in the end for a clean look. Here's a couple pics of it back on the tractor.

hey nice job looks strong. May I ask you what is that bolt with big washer in the middle of the loader support tube next to the front hydro lines.

Yes I did use Sail Blue Rustoleum. Not exact but close enough.
