Not sure what that dudes issue was and why they needed to call the paramedics. All he had to do was pop out the roller and the rest of that vacuum could be moved out of the way. Then unroll the hair from the roller.

We had ours try to eat a floppy bathroom rug when the grandkids left the bathroom door open. Quick and easy to get it untangled.
