Thanks for your input.... Although yours has some wear its not as bad as mine...Which is good of course. I have some new blades which I am going to put on this time around to see if my old ones are really out of balance or something.
I called several dealers today to get input from different sources. And it seems no one has really heard much about this problem and one guy said he assumed it was normal for some wear. It is kind of frustrating that there is no way to adjust the tension on this deck manually. If you get a weak spring It would seem to me it would flap more than usual. the pics and your input are greatly appreciated. As there are many BX users here I hope we can get some more input on this situation. Thanks everyone.
