Thanks for the most recent information. I will copy it and check it out. It runs and starts great cold, just the problem when it warms up. I do not see the fan blades turning as if it does not come on when warm.

My fan comes on very seldom even on a 90 degree day when I am riding it pretty hard. I have about 1800 miles on mine and it is an 07 I bought new. Never had a problem whatsoever with it. I had an o4 450 Foreman ES prior to this one and it also was problem free..Let us know if it throws a code and good luck with it.
