Beenthere, I meant to put "in the garage"! That's where I parked it for the night since it's level so I can check the hydraulic fluid when the tractor's cold before I use it again. I've heard that's the best time to check it - before use. The up - down and curl are working correctly. Also, I was at low RPM when I heard the noise, so I'll run it higher next time I use it and see if it's still there.
I didn't think about the reduced slip on the front end. I've got a 4ft box blade on the back for a counterweight and my neighbor mentioned adding antifreeze to the rear tires. I didn't get a chance to use it yesterday, so maybe after a little more use, any air that may be trapped can work its way out. I appreciate all the feedback and advice. I'll keep yall updated.
