The aforementioned simian was dragging large leylandii trees out - along with a massey 35 - they tied a starp / rope to a tree, and the rope went past / over the front wheel, and off drove the '35, snapping the wheel round, and bending the drag link.
why the idiot hadnt seen this eventuality, I dont know.
Then - two days later, hes splitting the logs (yeah - I know leylandii is poor firewood - but its free) - running the poor thing at full chat for two or three days, and the water pump blew up.
he tells me to go buy a new siromer....
Thanks for the pics - anyone got one looking straight down? Anvil, big hammers, and local proper old school blacksmith are all available here - but if you dont know what shape it is - its a bit difficult!
