Hard to say. Are a fabricator (cobbler)? The principle is going to be the same. You may have to rig up some bracketry at the injection pump as well as a method to hook up the cable end. In my setup when I use the foot pedal the hand throttle cable just falls slack, nothing high tech about it at all.

What surprises is me is that you've read in the manual about the hand throttle but can't find one.
Is your throttle a simple lever on the injection pump that your foot pedal cable moves?
If so, the "cobbling" I talked about above might apply.

I may buy the kit and try some fab'in later. I'm so busy right now with the warm weather coming I was really hoping for a bolt on kit.
Maybe the pages in my owners manual are generic RTV pages.

Looks like there is space on the throttle lever on the engine to add a second clevis for the added cable.
You need to see if you can add a bracket for the cable end to mount on, a intermediate support for routing the cable so it does not, rub, move or come in contact with the exhaust or moving parts and not kinked or too tight of turn, and a place to mount knob and base that is easy to get to and not in the way.
The hand throttle on earlier models was mounted near the hydraulic lever for dumping the bed, you may see if there is a plastic plug filling a hole already there.
On my RTV-1100, I was having problems with water in the fuel, and wanted to add a water separator and was just going to try and mount the filter from a B series tractor when I found out that they made a kit for the RTV-900. Got the kit and crawled under the RTV-1100 and found that the frame rails were already drilled and tapped for the kit and the filter guard and the only difference was the lengths of fuel and vent lines used and was able to use the kit with modifications.
So there are undocumented features that are engineered into the design that marketing department does not know about.
