I have this habit of going to flea markets and antique shops when I am looking for hand tools. Recently I bought a couple of nail bars for $5 each. They are old but in great shape and made in USA. Also have hammers and other tools I got at these places. To me these are better tools and most of the time cheaper.

I've found a few tools that way, but mostly what I see are things that I already have.

When I'm looking for a tool that I need, I usualy do a search on google and ebay. Then I start comparing models and prices. For some tools, I might spend a week or more looking up as much information as possible.
