nice, my brother has a T340 he bought several years ago that had been sitting for years. rebuilt the UC, the motor was stuck freed it up and replaced a final and it runs great, has the six way blade.

i have a TD6 with a Drott loader and 4 in 1 bucket.

if you haven't figured t out yet the idler seals are spendy. he made his own out of leather after making a a tool to cut them and and making retaining rings.

Hi, Since you are going to tear down and restore your TD340, can you recommend anyone who sells parts for the TD340 diesel engine such as rod bearings, gasket set? Mine, I bought in 1967, used on a farm, has always run strong and turns on a dime. However, once the engine oil got low and it then developed a rod bearing knock. Therefore, I haven't run it in ten years, always hoping to locate bearings so I can repair it. Thanks much, Scott
