For what it's worth good automatic transmission fluid works really good in a splitter in cold weather. Also.. I've been around a harbor freight 22 ton H/V splitter that worked pretty well. I might take a chance on their Two way if I were just splitting my own wood... The price is cheap enough I think it's worth a shot..
