This is another version of the quick hitch.

As for me, I have Pats Easy Change and will say this, I've used them with a few heavy implements and they've handled the job that I asked to perform for me. Those ebay quich hitchs would have broken without a doult. My 5ft by 7ft 1200 lbs. road grader is one of the most abusive implements that I use allot and it has not broken my Pats Easy Change yet. It has knocked off some of the paint, but that can be fixed really quickly. By the way, I have no affiliation with Pats Easy Change, even thou we both live in Kentucky.

I have documented proof that these people (atvexpress) have sent out pirated copies of my patented hitch. They even copied my instructions and left my name on them. My attorney has been looking for them. It seems they don't have a business license in Tennessee or Arkansas. The County clerk of Shelby County Tennessee is looking for them also. I have reported them to the FBI fraud unit. Seems they haven't been following the rules. If anybody can find another address or phone number for them please let me know. I have had them pulled off ebay a couple of times and they disappear then a couple of months later they reappear.

LetsRoll, I agree, those are cat 1 at the most. I only listed them as reference, I hadn't see these as of yet and thought I'd mention it. Also, it's probably helpful to the Pat's people to know that these guys are out there and apparently ripping off their patented idea, key word patented. I might add that the similar version to these I have and they are fare from perfect. The amount of time I've spent making them what I think they should be I might as well have bought the Pat's system.

By the way nice grader and the ballast is similar to mine and it works great.

I've come back to this thread just to comment on Pat's hitches vs a Quick hitch.

I thinks pat's hitches are awesome but they just aren't what I want. The top link still has to be manually attached and unattached but that is perfect for those who don't have the means to make all of their implements standard for a cat1 three point.

All of my stuff is set up so that I can back up to it, lift it and go and the only reason I get off the tractor is to connect or remove the PTO on my tiller.

Someone (and I can't remember who it was) posted the ASAE standard measurements for 3pt hitches and that is what I used to modify my equipment if it needed modifying.
If I remember correctly, 26.90" is the maximum outside measurement for the implement and that includes the shoulder of the pin. and 27.25 is the minimum inside measurement to the hooks on a quick hitch. 15 inches to the top link pin.
That is the way my KK tiller was set up when I bought it and I set everything else up to those standards.
The HF quick hitch is 26.5" and that is reflected in the literature but it is not wide enough, thus me spreading it with a hydraulic jack.
TSC is 27.25", Land pride is 27.25" and all others I have read about or measured are 27.25" but they also cost a lot more money.
Since I got everything set up, it works great.

When we are talking about the hitches that only go in the lift arms vs a true quick hitch, I think we are talking apples and oranges.

I could be wrong but that's what I think

california,
THAT'S where I read about it and saw the standards.

I didn't have to spread my hitch where the lift arms went in, they were ok. I guess HF took care of that problem.
I just had to spread between the hooks. I don't like the way it looks, my son says I'm **** about that sort of thing, but it works fine now, funny looking or not.

Gee Sun Manufacturing, I believe in Hang Zhou (been to their factory, but don't remember exactly where it was).
