Harbor Freight Tools that don't suck

Note the indestructible impact deep sockets are also today's special. (12/19). $14/set, limit 4 sets so you could get both SAE and Metric on this coupon.
I bought both the SAE and metric sets today. They seem very heavy duty and the price can’t be beat.

I have the metric set for the impacts. I've slammed them in the top tier Milwaukee, Dewalt and Rigid guns multiple times over. They keep performing flawlessly!

Me too, they had lots of SAE but I got the last Metric set in the store, lost or broke a couple of the previous impacts
over the years, so should have backups for both now, and granddaughter ditched her Jeep a week back and I told her to get it aligned, front end shop won't do it without new ball joints and quoted her over 1300 labor Plus parts.. so new impacts may come in handy soon and she is going to add learning how to do upper /lower ball joints to add to front, rear axle and filter auto trans fluid changes she has already learned to do.
Kind of cool having a Grand daughter that is interested in and willing to maintain her Jeep.

I've paid more at Napa for one socket than the entire set from HF. Quality-wise I think they're both top notch.
A while back I bought their really large socket set (I think there is six or eight and larger than 1") came in a case, and it sure comes in handy.

Kinda.
the one that I keep at my house (5000 quiet) i run about once a month or so for 15 minutes to an hour. It runs well and it's push button start, making it much easier for me to be reliable on starting it.
The one (2000 queit) that keep on my property in another state only runs when I get there. It's supposed to be once a month but sometimes it's once ever 3 months. However, I've never had a real problem with other than it uses a teaspoon of oil if it's not perfectly level. It's hard to be sure it's perfectly level in the mountains and valleys.
Thanks for the reply and information. Now I don't feel so awful when I forget to run mine often enough. I try to keep up with it but other things often get in the way and I sometimes forget.

Last free bucket I got lasted about a month. Was filling it with sudsy water to wash the buggy and it was running out the bottom. The bottom was so thin it failed right away. Took the metal handle off it and roasted it on the burn pile.

Pretty crazy how much any five gallon bucket costs these days. The ones that seem to have lasted the longest for me seem to be dry wall mud buckets.

Menards by us are usually 1/2 the price of HF for buckets.
