Hard water car wash solution?

Rinse-Aid works somewhat in a dishwasher, would it work for cars? Just a random thought.

I've given up and now I just wait until it's raining out to wash my vehicles.

The commercial car washes use a type of rinse aid. I’m sure that there are some products available that auto retailers use.
