Yes, but I think it was a 500 until 1974 when it became a 550. I had a Honda CX500 which was a V-twin, circa 1980. Honda also built a 500 i4 and a 350 i4 which also became a 400 I think and then there was the one and only CB750i4 and the CB X i6.
Yeah, love them Bultacos, I rode a Pursang 125, I posted a pic of the engine rebuilt recently. Sorry to hear your friend was hurt so badly. Here is a pic of a Honda S90 circa 1966 or so. She has seen better days. I tell you, if Honda built this bike anew but slightly larger for us grown up kids and made it a 180--but kept the look the same I would place my order so fast my wife would not get a chance to say no /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.
