NICE!!

Yea, the larger tubing would have been nice,,,
when I DIY I always try to up-size the steel,, one off builds "like" more steel,,,
unless it is something I have to lift, that is,,,

It would be some time before I decided to sell one. I need to test and see if I have any flaws first.

Look familiar ;)

Very nice work!

It looks like your debris flap (conveyor belt) isn't adjustable? I still need to do that to mine but the one's I've seen have all been adjustable. Do you think it works fine the way you have it?

Yeah not sure why it would need to be adjustable. I just sat it on top the tines, marked it then cut/drilled it. Seems to do the trick just fine.

Pretty work. Only thing I would have done different is to make the rake angle from side to side. My rake is a little different than yours. First off, the hyd motor connects directly to the drum roller., no drive chains or sprockets to wear out from dirt and dust. Second the drum is mounted under the frame in center. It has a hyd cyl that can angle the drum, this allows me to rake all the debris to one side, really helps when your dealing with big rocks and lot of roots and other trash. It also has a crank handle in the center that allows me to raise or lower to help control cutting depth. I can lower it down to really dig up the soil and then adjust it for a light touch for super smooth finish work. Here a pic of one like mine. Ventrac Featured Products: Power Rake
