He said he was having back surgery a few weeks ago, and he hasn't posted since.

I've been wondering how he's doing as well.

Mo is a great guy, I sure hope he made out OK. I believe his surgery was on the 11th?

Well, had the surgery done on the 11th. It was a 5 hour surgery with 2 doctors, one cut me open from the front and the other cut me open from the back . They say everything went well but it's going to be a while healing (2-3 months minimum) . . . had 3 lower disc replaced/fused. Seeing how my bedroom is upstairs I got a hospital bed in my dinning/front room (it's one large joining room) so I don't have to crawl up stairs and I have a large tv in the front room that I can see well. Insurance paid for the hospital bed. I am moving around some and am getting better each day but it's a very slow process, they say I should gain back about 1 1/2 to 2". Thanks all for the good thoughts.

Tough scenario, but I'm glad you're going to be OK. My friends who have had similar surgery pretty much agree that "it's a slow process".
