Has anyone heard of a Greenthumb roto tiller?

My father just bought a used roto tiller but neither of us have heard of this brand. It is a Green Thumb GFR-5. I have searched the Internet but have not found any info yet. I know he would like to get an owners manual etc.

Is this a walk behind unit? I think the True Value chain used the name Green Thumb for lawn & garden supplies, maybe they still do. I think True Value used to have their own small lawn & garden power equipment company named General Power Equipment, I have one of their lawn mowers. I believe they sold off this division in the 90's.
