The spirnkler guys may not have a big enough machine to go deep enough. I think code is 24"? most sprinkler stuff is put in at 12" or 18" max.
Last I checked on rentals near me here in MN, I found a combo 24" vibe-plow / 36" trencher unit, Vermeer, I think, for about $350 per day. You get the best of both machines in one unit.
