I just bought a BX2200 with FEL & 60" mow deck. I need to haul it to my cabin 80 miles away. Will my 2 place aluminum snowmobile trailer handle the weight or do I need to buy a new trailer.

I doubt it.
If you do try make sure you have lots of insurance.

I think your current trailer will take one hell of a beating, if it could even do it without breaking the springs on the first big dip in the road at 50 mph. Snowmobile trailers also have a relatively high center of gravity which doesn't lend to your ultimate goal of arriving in one piece at your cabin. Like others have posted before, a nice and low, two axle is the safest way to go with something that heavy and tall. They're also a lot easier to maneuver. Check out the trailer in Woodstock's posts....that is surely the way to go if you can possibly afford it. --You might be OK if you take the loader and deck off and transport them seperately. If you do that, get some beefy chains with reliable fastners (no "S hooks"). I'm pretty sure there have been multiple posts on this subject.
