I buy and sell boats on a small scale, maybe 5 a year. I also do some brokerage. My main business is hauling in and out large boats for my area with my trucks. Mainly boats in the 12,000# to 25,000# range and doing boat transport. Most of my work is doing minor upgrades like installing Gen Sets, AC units, Inverters, Electronic Equipment, Oil Changes/Tune Ups, and doing tons of trailer maintenance. I do everything on word of mouth and turn down anything too involved. I send about 3/4 of my work to the local marinas.

As my screen name applies I am a pilot as my main job. I really just do the marine stuff for fun.

i am a marine electrician/crew leader for hinckleyyachts we build jet boats from 29 feet to 55 feet at my location. i work on fishing boats as a hobby/side work right now i'm recommisioning a 46 foot novi dragger to launch on monday.

Your work is well above my head. Like I said I just do the simple but messy stuff. I really found a niche market and do the things other people do not like to do like trailer brakes, bearings, oil changes, ect.
