I hate to disprove their theory, but I could access the three sites from work (mega pipes) and from here at home (DSL).

everything they moved onto a new server last night

Another "transparent" migration, eh? As you and Cedarranch well know, the migration I just went through has caused me considerable grief. /w3tcompact/icons/tongue.gif

At least your ISP is starting to believe it's their problem. That's a step in the right direction. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Oh, BTW -- all 3 of your sites come in loud and clear here in Californy. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

If everyone and their mom can hit the sites but not you on "your" server, I would suspect a possible permission problem from the upgrade. Putting the blame on DSL was bogus. Once you have access to the internet, the type of hardware is transparent because your talking IP (Internet Protocol). I hope they figure your problem out soon and provide you with some type of credit for non-accessability to you to perform maintenance on your websites.
