The container is 20' x 8', correct?
How wide is your car hauler trailer?
And how high up do you have to have it sitting above the trailer deck to clear your fenders?
It may be cheaper (and safer) for you to find a flat-deck trailer so you don't have the fender clearance issues and won't need cribbing, raised platform, etc...
You remember pickup truck campers that had legs that you could jack the camper up and drive out from under it? You could do something similar, but with the ability to lower it to the ground.
As others have mentioned, you could get 4 hydraulic rams, fashion some fittings to lock into the shipping container mount points, and use either a powered or manual pump to raise and lower it. You may need some sort of spanner beam to get wide enough to clear your trailer.
Or you could fit some wide rollers to the front and back of the container with pump jacks to raise and lower them. Then you could use a winch to roll them off and on a flat trailer.
Or maybe something like this?
