Have you had troubles finding ammunition ? 12 gauge and .22 ?

Again I searching more ammo for the most used farm guns the .22 and 12 gauge and have found the local big box stores and most online dealers have none ! I bought all I could last week from the local dealers and will try again this morning as it seems we will soon not be able to easily replenish the shells as easily as we have in the past . How is the availability in your area ? or the online dealer you use ? The local dealers have really raised the price on what they do have , any suggestions ?:confused3:

A neighbor found somewhere online and I ordered 4 bricks of .22...
Ill ask him where.

Seems to be plenty of 12 ga around here, but .22 is scarce, while .223 is almost non-existent.

The dealers and stores are cleaned out on ammo and limited inventory on guns every where I go.

Thanks Bob , I ordered my 12 gauge slugs from them this morning after your tip ! Don't know how many they have left but the prices were good for what I did get had to order my OO buck from Able arms in Tx and they had little left ! Should have enough to not worry about shells for a while :cool2: , I was lucky enough to get my fair share of .223/30.06 /38 spl and .410 a while back from cheaper than dirt at the normal price . Have no idea where these new laws will take us but better prepared than not !:thumbsup:

Most stores (WalMart Rural King etc) are picked pretty clean, nothing left but a few boxes of odd rifle calibers. Local gun store still has decent supply. I did notice that they don't have as many semi-auto rifles hanging on the walls as they did last year, gun counter was very busy last saturday.
