It weighs 996 lbs and is rated for 40 hp ... I have the same model and have used it for the past few years on the 4340. All has been well ... I'll be putting this one on the 55 hp and we will be cuttting with 2 tractors.
Well it will make it more enjoyable ... with the extra hay ground we took on for this year two cutters and that v rake should speed things up ... don't forget we are also adding square bales (remember I bought that grapple)
The old New Holland 256 did a great job ... just up and down for 1 windrow !!
