haybine rubber wheels

Ok I just bought a haybine it has rubber wheels (or whatever they are called) a few of them are beat up and i was wondering if i could rebuild them with silicone?
Any help would be great.

Silicone won't hold. There was a place in Louisville, Ky that could rebuild your rollers, however, I cannot recall the name of the business. Ken Sweet

If your talking the conditioning rolls then you will find even the rebuilt rollers are more then the machine is worth. It is the downside of the rubber on steel rollers as once the rubber starts coming off there isn't much you can do about it without spending a ton of money.
