hazard light issue

Solved my hazard light issue (same as the first post: wouldn't shut off easily). As usual, my local dealer had the answer. It seems the rubber boot does interfere with the normal operation of the rocker switch. He recommended (and it worked) being careful to press the extreme top and bottom edges of the boot when turning the lights on and off. It's still a little tricky getting just the right "spot" on the edge, but it does work.

Up to 27 hours on mine and it's still moving dirt and rocks. I have made so many new friends since taking delivery...hmmmm I may have a busy spring with neighbors' projects.

Probably not, but then after 42 years of marriage, two tours in Vietnam, two teenagers, surviving a week of Ph.D. Prelims, two heart attacks, a quadruple bypass, two years of retirement, and six years under the leadership of the dumbest man to ever hold the office of the presidency, I find that my threshold of concern for such matters has risen to near stratospheric heights. Then again, I don't excavate on mountainsides either...even with my sure-footed new Farmtrac TLB.
