Not sure this is the right forum for this, if this needs to be moved to a different forum I'm sure a moderator will catch it, but here goes anyway.
This is for the new tech gurus, or anyone with previous experience, out there; I only have 2 HDMI cable inputs, which are already being used by sat box and blu ray player, on my HDTV and am wanting to add a new video card with HDMI out to my computer so I can connect it to my HDTV. I've been doing some research and have found this splitter I'm interested in from Amazon, Amazon.com: 3-In 1-Out HDMI Auto Switch Splitter: Electronics. My concern is that the new cable from the computer to the tv will be 15' long. Will the signal still be ok or will it degrade through a run that long? I've already chosen the video card and 15' HDMI cable(Latest Version Supports Ethernet, 3D, and Audio Return). Just need to make sure about the splitter before I order. Thanks in advance, KW
