I wondered about that too. I once put a Bobcat into a vertical position and it quit pretty quickly when all the hydraulic fluid drained out. I wonder if it's modified somehow.

He could have put a baffle in the engine oil pan. Maybe hydraulic too, depending on design.

Yes. But he said twice on the video, that no modifications of any kind were done to the unit.
