I have a 1992 Kubota L3450 tractor which is giving me some lighting problems .

Neither my headlights nor my rear work lights will work , i've checked the fuses for both sets of lights and have power on both sides of each (all fuses actually)the fuses.

If anyone has had this problem and could tell me of any trouble / problem spots to check it'd be appreciated .

FYI my hazard light still work and the tractor still starts and shuts off with the key as per normal.

Are the lights grounded to the frame by the mounting bracket? Might be some rust where they're grounded and not making a godd connection. You could have current right to the light but with no ground on the other side, they won't shine. Does seem odd all four have this issue though unless they use the same ground wire. I've had that issue with my trailer. Just a quick thought for you.

I would check the fuses a bit closer as you may have a broken fuse that has a hairline crack-awful to find and PIA.

The hot or ground side of the light switch is narrowing things down a bit with posssibly a loose wire.

short of pulling a bulb and leaving the wiring intact and grounding a bulb with a gator clip lead thats the only thing i can think of EXCEPT a pinched wire run from the dash to the lights- or if there is a junction block possibly an inermittant ground or loose wire there

Thanks for the help guys .

Issue is resolved for the time being at least , the work light part of the problem was a bad connection inside the factory plug located behind the side panel above the clutch pedal . Hopefully when i sprayed electronic contact cleaner into the plug i fixed the headlight problem as well as the headlights are operating normally now also .
Time will tell the tale now for both headlight and work light i guess.
