Heat Pump guys: dripping evaporator coil

I had an hvac guy come to the house and tell me my compressor was locked up and wanted $$$$$ to replace it. had a different guy look at it, was just a wire loose, he charged me $40 for the house call.

There are a lot of "rogue repairmen" out there and in isn't that easy to find a good one. Usually costs good money to find out the hard way unfortunately.
