blow in some cellulose insulation in the ceiling, as much as 4 inches will make a big difference, the more the better: put a fan in a window, blowing out, and then go around all the doors, windows and baseboards with a damp hand, and you can feel where the air is coming in: caulk them really well; you will see a big difference with just these 2 items.

like i said in your other post,try to put the plentum on the bottom of your furnace,cottage bases are available for the MILLER trailer furnaces,youll see a big difference.ITS hard to warm up a floor if the heats coming out the top.

Counterflow furnaces sit on top of the plenum. It's pretty hard to take a conventional upflow furnace and convert it to be a counterflow unless its a multi-poised furnace to begin with.

TERRYS furnace is a MILLER trailer furnace which is easily converted.He had another thread here on this subject.Its hard to warm up a floor with the heat coming out the top.
