No, not yet... Interesting that this shows up now for discontinued models. I think it is really for the 447/448 on the 10s. Won't hurt for a 47/48 either...

Isn't this a part of the 'armor' kit, that has been out for several years? I thought it was, but there were additional parts for covering the hood as well. Interesting.

This is definately not the skid plates from the rental upgrade kit. (I have that) The skid plates are three pieces and add little torsional strength to the frame.

I really don't think this is part of the Xtra Armor either...

Mike, where were you when I bought the skid plate package a couple months ago. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I think it was almost as much, and this looks a bit tougher. Watch the classifieds here for a skid plate kit. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I am pretty sure this wasn't out there then... I found it in the details for the 447...

I was just thinking of buying the skid plate kit for extra protection underneath. I have been clearing some heavily grown up areas and can imagine a stick ripping some wires loose or catching a hydraulic line. I know the skid plate kit will not provide any torsional strength but it looks like it will provide more protection. Some have noted they felt this subframe kit will provide plenty of protection. Before I buy, I want to make sure I get the best thing.

Talk ro yer dealer and see which wukk offer the better protection. My GUESS is that the skid okates iffer better bittem protection but the subframe offers a lot if protection it you are using a hoe

Of course it interferes with the mid mmower the skid plates do not.
