OK, glad I can provide a little entertainment!!

The answer you didn't guess is brain problems. (OK, you guessed, but were afraid to say it.)

I am 'handicapped' and have a much harder time at my home pc than the work one. At least I don't have a black seat on my tractor! THAT would be BAD!!!

Just figured these links might do some good for someone in this thread.

I'd suspect the 3000 series would take the same subframe kit as the 4310 and 4410.
Not much underneath appears to be different, but will admit I don't know that for sure.
I have done some checking because I may switch my fixed ROPS on my 4300 with the folding ROPS on the 3520. Measurements are the same, near as I can tell.

That brings up an interesting question since you have both. While I was at the dealer yesterday they made a call to dealer support (we assumed the 4310 and 3000 series would use the same skid plates) and were told that the attachment points were not similar between the 4310 and the 3520. I'm sure the rear axle mounts would be similar but other dimensions must be different. That is unless the person at Deere dealer support was too lazy to check it out and just said no... /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Not sure if the 4300 is dimensionally identical to the 4310 but if so please look at you tractors side by side (4300 and 3520). I'm interested in potential mounting points and if they line up if so some options may exist... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Didn't mean to mislead you, but I am looking at trading my 4300 up to a 3520. Don't have them side by side now, but will look at that at the dealer next week. As you said, the rear axle does look the same, where the ROPS attaches and the fenders attach to the ROPS. Will check back in later.
