Looking at this diagram, it is number 30 which is leaking.

Little bit of an unusual place for a leak. Probably a stupid question but have you checked the housing bolts making sure they are tight?

I have not. What I plan on doing is taking it down to the property, then cleaning all the gear oil off with brake clean. Then, I can see make sure where it is coming from before taking anything apart.
