Hi

I am finally giving up the push mower for a garden ride on mower. I have about 2 acres that is lawn on the 5 acres property in the BC Gulf islands.

Looking at buying a John Deere D130 or better.

I will be looking around at used as well so would like some reading on the various ride on mower models offered by John Deere over the years. Might look at a Kubota but the Deere dealership is closer and also services my Stihl lawn equipment.

G'day and welcome to TBN from Downunder.

Is there a particular reason for looking at the D130 (and above)? I ask because they're not 'just' a ride-on mower but a garden tractor and can do a wee bit more than just mow.
