Tractor
Jinma 354 E
My name is Michael, I'am a german and I live in the middle of the swedish forrest. My English is quite bad. Sorry for that. Yesterday I got the first tractor of my life, a Jinma 354 E. It was a very happy moment! Now I hope it will work. And I also hope that I will be able to maintain it. In the past I repaired my cars and motorbikes. But I think You know much better than me that there are a lot of things different with a tractor. Would be nice to get some help on this page if it is necessary.

Welcome, Michael.
Your English is very good and you will get all the help you ask for. The differences in maintenance between tractors and cars/bikes seems to be mostly the hydraulic systems and the size of the wrenches. You will need bigger wrenches. Otherwise, you should have no difficulty.
Good luck,
Jim

Welcome Michael. Your doing fine with the English. There are other Jinma owners on the forum so you should find plenty of help.

Welcome, they have tractors in Scandinavia? lol. There are people on this post that are already cutting grass! Looking forward to hearing your perspective. We have two Swedes on our local NHL Hockey team and a Mueller on the AHL farm team, go figure, it is a small world after all.

Cold weather hydraulics might be and interesting thread. My tractor uses the same hydraulic fluid for the transmission and hydraulic cylinders and below minus 10 Celsius it takes time to warm things up. If the temperature remains at a consistent -20 and below the manufacturer suggests a different viscosity fluid.

Hope to hear from you again.

Hi again!

Yes - unbelievable! We have some tractors in Sweden. But normally we are using our moose. And if they are in the garage we take the reindeer (the one with backhoe).

Thanks for Your warm welcome. I also hope we will hear again.
