Hello from Minnesota

Hey Gang, I have 40 acres, most of it farmland, with a building site of about 3 acres. I love my JD X485 mower & that's not going anywhere. I also have An Agco Allis 8745 with cab, loader, and front wheel assist (it's a 1999, nice tractor). Unfortunately the only thing it gets used for is moving snow, and that's a lot of tractor to have sitting around all year waiting for snow. I'm looking to buy a smaller tractor that can move snow, till the garden, do misc. loader work (on the grass, the Agco Allis is too big to drive on the lawn without destroying it), and probably 100 other things I haven't thought of yet. I'm leaning toward a JD 3720 with cab (for snow blowing) and a loader (the JD dealer brought one over to check it out & it's in my shed right now). The JD info in this site seems to be very helpful, many others have shared their experiences with the same issues. Looking forward to helping out as much as I can based on my own experiences and getting feedback on this and no doubt many other issues!
