I''ve just joined the forum. My wife and I have a little over 12 acres in Newcomerstown, Ohio. We are planning to build our retirement home on the land. Right now we have our camper on it. We spend weekends here and vacations. We absolutly love it. The property has about 5 acres of old pasture and the rest are woods.
