Welcome to TBN!
What kind of mix trees/lawn do you have? Driveway to level or snow plow?
I have a SCUT on 6 acres, my neighbor has a CUT on 7 acres, so different answers based on needs and wallet size!
Good luck with the shopping, see a few dealers, test drive where you can, and get a feel for how the dealers treat you.

I have a rectangle lot, mostly "flat" but very uneven and on a hill so neighbor above me and below. There is a septic mound which can such to mow with the zt. A few trees and kids playground stuff. The driveway is decent size, but worn out so very uneven blacktop. The loader will be good for hauling dirt to the low spots and the large ice chunks from the plow.

Oh nice! Ely is a nice town. I used to work at the hospital once a week. Blueberry fest is insane though. Does she call the grand ely lodge, the gel? The locals confused me for a very long time on what the gel was.. ;)

Oh yes the Gel. What did you do at the hospital?? Seems we've meet some of the doc's there. Some are XCer's.

I did IT and would spend one day a week onsite to assist. I think essentia bought the hospital though, so they were moved off our ehr. That was years ago. I remember the head radiologist and physical therapist pretty well.

There is a newer brewery up there and fusion? Food place. Great vacation stop. I’ll have to mosey back up there sometime. Kind of forget when you get busy with “life”

The boat house is the brewery we are familiar with in Ely. My spouse knows the OT there, a Joe K. Vacation stop yes, but we're not moving up there.

Insula Insula is the new place I'm thinking of. I mean Rumchatta french toast for breakfast? Sounds amazing.

Joe! hahah, I bet Joe would remember me. He used to tell me wild stories about being in the woods. On our last trip on there for a get away, I found a few pinball machines on route to play, so that was fun.

Parts I think I may need:
Well for the BX, thinking a blade for the bucket, but it would be nice to swap a straight and tooth one. This would allow cutting into piles/hills vs back dragging etc.
piranha bar - BXpanded Piranha Toothbar
straight bar - BXpanded Piranha Straight Bar
ratchet rake/bar - Ratchet Rake, LLC - All Terrain Rake, Snow Edge, Tractor attachment, Bucket attachment, Loader, Skid loader, Kubota, Skid steer, Landscape rake, Brush remover, York Rake, Harley Rake, Rock Rake, Tractor rake attachment, Construction attachment, New Holland, Bobcat, Fire safety, Home fire safety, Fire prevention, John Deere, skid steer attachment, tractor implement

Tool box
bxpanded tool box ROPS Mounted Tool Box

Hooks for bucket
bxpanded quick hooks https://www.bxpanded.com/BX-bucket-hooks - no drilling
bolt on hooks - https://www.boltonhooks.com/kubota-products/

Weed whip holder
Big tool rack - so it hangs off the ROPS across the back

Steering wheel knob
not sure about this yet...probably need to drive a while to see if I feel like it is needed.

I have the Piranha tooth bar and the bolt on hooks. Both are working great for me. Added a cheap winch and bolt on pallet forks. used the forks all the time to move wood. started using the winch to grab branches and things out of the woods.

Do you ever need to back drag? Or take off the piranha bar?

A winch! Probably a overlooked enhancement... if I bring this to the shacks the winch and forks could be super handy

I only take off the PTB to put on my clampon forks. They are short 30" forks so the clamp on part is short. From others with longer clamp on forks they don;t seem to need to remove the bar. One day I will get a QA pallet fork, it really seems worth it, just too many other things on the list.
