Hello. I live in the southern most part of WV on the VA border. About to purchase a small tractor for about 5 acres and have gotten tons of great ideas from the forum. Thanks

To the TBN forum Alex. Yes, this is a great place to learn about any subject.
So, did you get a 2025R?
Southern most part? I've been married the last 53 years to a gal from Princeton. So we've made a few trips to your area.
Have everything written up at the dealer. Our realtor advised us not to make any large purchases until we close on our house which hopefully will Be next week. Said banks don’t like to see ppl spending large amounts of $$ before signing papers.
:welcome: I inderstand WV is beautiful country. Sent off for a tourist brochure probably 20 years ago. I'm still waiting for it to arrive.
Thanks you. 20 years ago they probably didn’t have a tourist brochure lol. WV has come a long way. We have some of the best atv trails in the country now IMO and are slowly becoming more economically diverse. It’s an absolutely beautiful state. I always look forward to coming “Home” anytime I’m away for awhile.
Maybe I'll just cut loose and head up there one day. I have a friend from somewhere up there. She says her grandfather was raised by Devil Anse Hatfield. That gives her status in my book.
Thatç—´ where we live now. Actually Bluefield WV is our address but weæ±*e closer to Princeton. Making the long journey to Bluefield VA hopefully next week when we close on our house lol. Whole 15 min away.
That's interesting. My wife's oldest brother was an assistant principle and general science teacher in Bluefield for many years, lived in what I guess is the eastern edge of Bluefield, almost in Princeton, raised one son and two daughters there. He died in 2009, but his wife still lives in the same house they lived in the first time I visited West Virginia in 1967. I met my wife in Dallas and we'd been married 2 years before we made our first trip to West Virginia and I got to meet the rest of her family.
And I still think Pipestem State Park is the best state park I know of. We've been there many times, including before it was built. But August, 2014, was the last time we were in West Virginia.
