I just bought my first tractor. A IH 424. I don't know the year, HP or very much about it. It runs good but does need work like replacing parts on the 3 point hook-up and other misc. things. I enjoy doing this and really don't need it but have always wanted a bigger tractor. I'm in the process of building a drag blade for it and looking around for a plow.
I'm going through the process of lubing and changing all the oils for it. Any suggestions or recommedations will be welcome.

Welcome to TBN. I just recently traded in my IH424 and it was a great machine. The only issue I had with it was it did not have power sterring and I didnt care for the dry clutch brakes. They were built really well back then. Is your machine gas or diesel? Does it have power steering?
