I've read a lot here before and decided it was time to sign up..
I'm impressed with the experience here.
I grew up in the motorcycle business and we had lawn and garden and chain saws to keep us busy in the spring and winter months. I spent a lot of years trying to make the cycles go faster, and we learned a lot especially when things blew up in our face !
We ran our business as more a white glove and micrometer shop rather than a hammer and vice grip operation, and that has carried over today as most of my work is personal hobby, but tend to overkill most repairs and modifications.
At home I have a JD 755 tractor, GT 245, and a 1450 and 1650 IH Cubs. Today I make my living traveling the northern hemisphere providing engineering services, but my favorite days are those hanging out in my shop scratching my head over one issue or the other with the above machines.
Thanks
