New owner of a JD 2210, so far its been a great investment! I hope it continues to earn its keep. The FEL is amazing, it does the work of four men. I should of bought one of these years ago!!

you might like to know that my 2210 has passed 280 hours and still ticking like new and not one problem. It is an amazing little machine. congrats!

That sounds encouraging, can you tell me if it is normal for the motor oil to turn black only after three hours of use?? I'm new to the tractor scene and after reading a few posts about disel getting into the crankcase, it has me wondering. The machine starts right up and runs like a, hmmmm I guess a TRACTOR.......

Motor oil turning rapidly black on a diesel is pretty standard. I have read here that is a good idea to maintain regular oil changes though. My 2210 has about 140 hrs. Saved my back a lot of misery.

My 2210 is coming up on the 250 hr. service with absolutely no problems. These little machines continue to impress (to quote the Deere brochure) as they dig mountains one bucket at a time.

I have to update my original statement, this little tractor performs like six men, not four like I had originally thought!!!
