Hey guys,

Newbie here to the forum and partial newbie to the tractor world. I just bought my first house (finally, I have been renting long enough) that sits on 7 acres with almost a 1/2 acre pond and a 2 acre horse corral. I have a 550' gravel driveway that will need to be maintained too. Living in Michigan mean snow removal and all I have for a tractor is an old 16hp Allis Chalmers 42" riding mower.

I'm sure I'll be on here quite I a bit doing some research. Thanks in advance for all the help. I'm not new to forums either and YES I know how the search button works. :thumbsup:

I am VERY happy with it. The pond is low right now, but the lake across the street was lowered for dock and seawall repairs before winter. I thinking maybe they are on the same water table? I guess I'll find out when they shut the dam on the lake and raise it back up.
